What are you most proud of? Loved the tiny rolled hem results! The thicker decorative 3-thread overlock on the edges, however, was difficult to get the tensions correct for using the bulky nylon.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? I think the waist ties would be nicer if applied as a traditional waistband with a regular sewing machine, covering the upper raw edge and were therefore a double thickness.

You did a beautiful job, Cristi! Your stitches look lovely. I understand what you're saying about applying the apron ties as a waistband with a sewing machine, but I was trying have you create it in such a way that you only needed your serger. Feel free to alter it any way you like though. I'd love to see the results of that! :)
