Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: Olaf's head was disproportionate to the rest of his body - longer than his neck and body combined. I decided to make it out of RKT so that I could mould it to its particular shape I also made his feet out of RKT. The main body was made out of cake and it sat on a cake card. There was a central support starting from one of the legs through the cake body and the RKT neck and head. His arms and hair were made of modelling chocolate wrapped round strong wire. Nose was gumpaste. The cake was crumb coated and then covered with ganache to give it a firm base. I used a steel rod as the support and made it food safe by putting it through jumbo straws.
