What was your inspiration?
My son chose the pattern and fabrics. He wanted something different.
What are you most proud of?
The seams were very difficult to align because of the thickness of the flannel. If I had it to do over, I would steer my son toward different fabric or a different pattern. However, I did manage to do a decent job, after a fair amount of "unsewing" and resewing.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
If using flannel in quilts, avoid small pieces and many seams :)
