I made templates for the pieces and just used the paper foundations as a guide between each piece I added. I really don't like to sew onto paper, so I do something else that works for me. What was your inspiration?
Looking at the ones that other people made, I decided that the most successful ones used fabrics with a sense of movement. I wanted a kinda mod look as well.
What are you most proud of?
Perfecting a new system and doing things my way.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Pick fabrics that have good contrast with the piece next to it.
