You said that you were going to copy my stained glass quilt pattern, I think this borders on copyright infringement! Some of us earn our living by designing quilts and machine embroidery designs and it really cheeses me off when people don't play fair. Have a nice day

I am sorry, I do not want to infringe on any copywriting laws or take away from anyones income, so please accept my appology and know that I will not be copying your design. I however do not have the money to purchase the pattern at this time either, but when I do have the extra money I will purchase it. Thank you so much for your response and letting me know.

Ps. I have added your pattern to my wish list to be ordered and purchased at a later time, perhaps next month when my student loan comes in. I am a full time student so am on a very tight budget during the year and do not have much money left (if any) by the end of the school term. Again I apologize for offending you and ask that you would forgive me.

Do you not live in Australia. Not sure copy right laws are the same there as they are in Canada. I am sure that ImBloved did not mean to step on your toes. She is very honest and very creative. Unfortunately there are a lot of people taking up quilting and there are a finite number of patterns. It could be possible for any one to come up with that idea on their own. As well unless the pattern is exactly like yours I am not sure what you can complain about what with fabric choices and such.

I used a card board commercial sleeve as my example pattern and made the pattern piece 1 inch wider and longer than the cardboard sleeve

I had fun designing this pattern and have several people wanting me to make them some ... I love designing my own patterns and sharing them with others.
