What was your inspiration?
I wanted to knit something that was neutral but had warmth. I loved the description of beige or tan as "oatmeal" because there is a range of those colors in this word. This beret ranges from cream, to various neutral shades. Oatmeal says it all.
What are you most proud of?
I'm always pleasantly surprised when different yarns that haven't met each other before get along so nicely!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Experiment with unexpected color combinations. You may be pleasantly surprised. If not, just unravel it and try again!
