What was your inspiration?
I'm from Maryland, so I absolutely love crabs... I'm such a sucker for those t-shirts and mugs with little crabs on it. So, when I started designing a new line of tiny amigurumi- you could be that a crab would be one of the first animals in!
What are you most proud of?
Those eyes! He's just so cute!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
When you join the pinchers to make a claw- you can get a little gap forming in between the pieces. It's not a big deal! Just take a little piece of yarn and tie a knot on the inside to close the gap. Easy, peasy- problem solved!
