What materials did you use? I prefer high quality cotton fabric for my hairclips. I backed the fabric with heat'n'bond lite and then with a matching color of felt. I used another layer of felt in the embroidery hoop. After cutting out each embroidered item, I embellish as needed with crystals, ribbons, pompoms, etc. Then I attach to a lined alligator clip and ribbons and bows. So cute, everyone loves them! I've made them for Easter, Halloween and Christmas. Love it! I made the paperclip bookmarks for my 4th grade students this Christmas. They were so much fun to make. I recently purchased a button machine and that's where it all started. I made a 1.5 button from a graphic I designed with the online software and individualized them for each student. They turned out so cute and I hope they will marke their spot in all the books they read each day.

What are you most proud of? I am most proud of being healthy and able to pursue my dreams of sewing and embroidery. I am proud to have a husband that supports me and allows me to go upstairs and do my thing. I am a 4th grade teacher and I'm very proud of that!
