What was your inspiration?
I made this for my mom and her husband, who were just married this year. I thought it would be cute to create them as snowmen holding a banner with their names and the year to celebrate their new life together.
What are you most proud of?
I am really proud of the carrot noses on this project! I had some yarn on hand that I handspun that was just the right color! I wetted it and felted it by rolling it between my hands, shaping the two carrots, then cut them to length and hand-stitched them to the snowman faces.
