What was your inspiration?
Eisaku Noro's yarns are legendary for a reason. You can knit a fabulous hat like this without having to fiddle with changing colors....well, mostly, as I did add a contrasting color in the ribbing.
What are you most proud of?
I like the contrast in the ribbing, I think it sets off the yarn nicely.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Grab that skein of Noro you've been drooling over at your LYS. No matter what the colorway, I know it will work up into a gorgeous piece. Goofy i-cord tassels optional!
