I got precut batik blocks from ebay. The colors were alredy put together. I pick one color and that was the outer boarder. I did cut the outer boader on two sides to short, so I worked with it.Difficulty:

What advice would you give someone starting this project?
On your first quilt get pre cut blocks. I just made sure they were well mixed. When starting out do what you want. get to know your sewing machine, becaues when you are done the mistakes is what makes it one of a kind. Your family will not care you didn't go by the rules.
