What was your inspiration?
I had this owl fabric that I just loved but if I were to cut it up into smaller pieces for quilting the owls will have been lost, so I designed a quilt that gives you that opportunity to make a quilt without compromising on losing the design.
What are you most proud of?
I love this quilt it is fun, functional, fast and quite honestly the picture just doesn't do it justice! My current blog post shows the owl fabric up close if anyone wants to see it. toadallyquilts.com
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
For the beginner - anyone can quilt, you just have to try!
For the fabricaholics - this is a great way to use larger scale or focal fabrics :)
