The pattern for the pinafore/dress can be found at the link provided.DIAPER COVER: was a free pattern. There are many available. To add the ruffle, I crocheted in the back loops only of the rows that I wanted to put the ruffle on. To make the ruffle, I used contrasting yarn and crocheted 3 dc in each of the front loops.
