What was your inspiration?

My best quilting friend made a quilt with the nemo fabric and when I told her I loved it she sent me her scraps. I am doing a round robin soon and this will be my center square for it.

What are you most proud of?

I am proud of learning something new. This is my first paper-pieced project.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Amy's advice of using a second circle (for the circle center) and turning it as well as doing that behind the large circle was the best advice I had. I had gotten to the applique part and was unsure how to continue when I watched our July lesson and it was perfect for this project as well. THANK YOU AMY!!!
