What was your inspiration?

I started crocheting about a month ago when a friend introduced me to amigurumi. There are so many things to make and so little time!!!

What are you most proud of?

Nelson the Owl is my first crocheting project. I am proud of actually finishing it and that Nelson came out looking like a cute little owl. I had to cover up his neck with the scarf because I realized I had messed up on the decreasing part of the head and body. All in all I am happy with my first little creature and plan to perfect Nelson the Owl and add other accessories depending on who it's for.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Practice and patience. If you notice something is wrong you can always unravel and start again. In case you can't start all over you can always improvise or accessorize. =)
