What was your inspiration?
The dotted fabric I used for the backing and binding
What are you most proud of?
I think the machine quilting came out well. I used the pebble/ dots pattern from the class and the leaf/ flame pattern along with stitch in the ditch and channel quilting.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
This is a small, sample piece (only 14" wide) and it would be easier I think to work a little larger when moving around the pebble shapes. I did not have much to hold on to as I maneuvered the cloth.
