What are you most proud of? Helping people make the most of their treasured memories. This beautiful keepsake can be used every day, or hung on a wall for everyone to enjoy.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? If the ties are different widths, you will need to make them a consistent size before you start sewing. Open the tie backs up...they have a lot of fabric in them! Keep the points of the ties intact. You won't have to do anything to finish them...they are already finished!

Absolutely Beautiful. If the pattern is for sale I would buy it. Your photos help to see how it was put together.

I plan to make a necktie quilt and am collecting neckties. Is it best to wash the ties before or after opening them up?

Before! I just made the mistake of doing it after and you never saw such a tangled, frayed, two s Ted up mess in your life.
