What are you most proud of? This was my first attempt at soldering! I also love how the oxidizing of the metal looks.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Be sure the spiral lies flat on the metal piece before soldering, and have lots of fun!

Very cool. I love your design and the antiquing is a really nice touch.

Thanks! I used liver of sulfur to oxidize the copper.

Breathtaking! This is truly a piece of art! Keep up the good work! I have only just started her class. I can only hope to do a piece as fine as this. Honestly, this is a piece that I would purchase.

Thank you! You can definitely do this. The only tricky part is soldering the twirly wire on. Just be prepared to trash a lot of first attempts. Please post what you make after the class
