What was your inspiration?
I wanted a crispy crust thin meat pizza, but it got a little too thin on the crust. A huge bubble formed during baking and the middle was slightly gummy and not cooked long enough. However it was delicious and the Italian salami was really good. The dough had a great flavor!
What are you most proud of?
The dough was really soft and supple, and I resisted the temptation to overmix!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Have all your ingredients ready before you start and be careful not to let the dough stretch too much when you first pick it up.
