What was your inspiration?
This pizza is sort of a cross between a margarita and a cheese pizza. It has fresh basil added after cooking and both Parmesan blend and mozzarella cheese. The crust is the Napoletana pizza crust.
What are you most proud of?
The crust was perfectly cooked. It was slightly crispy on the bottom but the cheese was perfectly melted.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Check the bottom of the crust before you take the pizza out.
