What was your inspiration?
I loved reading Nancy Drew books along with Hardy Boys and Enid Blyton books. I made this pouch for a blog hop hosted by Sew We Quilt.
Every night, I carry my iPad, book and my phone, which doubles as a dictionary to bed, along with a cat or two. Now I can put all of that in this bag.

What are you most proud of?
I am fairly new to sewing. So measuring and cutting out the right pieces is always a bit of work for me, but it worked out very well.
When I make another one, I will make the bag a little less wider for a snugger fit. I will also make the bag 1/4" longer, so there is a little more extra room to close the zipper. Then I don't have to be so careful with closing the zipper all the time when there is a book inside.
