What was your inspiration?
I wanted a very easy shawl pattern to offer to beginning knitters. There's no purling, and I managed to finish mine in about a week. It also has a bit of versatility because it straddles that line between scarf and shawl. I'm going to try and get the pattern finished soon for those who would like one of their own.
What are you most proud of?
How about the photo above? My mannequin has never looked better! But seriously, I'm glad that this project was so simple, but fits so well into my own personal wardrobe.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
My advice for a similar project would be to find a creative way to keep track of your rows. I personally counted my picots!
