Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: We followed the antique cake procedure but made the colors a bit different. We also added an extra layer and flowers. The flowers are from the earlier class with Colette to add a touch of elegance and femininity to the cake. We used fondant, gumpaste and royal icing in making this cake.
