Very nice, you must be very pleased.

I am but there is room for improvement.

Those are adorable! Are the lace patterned hearts separate pieces or attached to the bigger heart? I like they way you layer textures very much.

Thank you, one question, these were my first pieces and my finger prints are imprinted which I didn't want. How would I avoid that the next time?

The lace hearts are separate pieces. They were my practice torch pieces.

Hi Christina, When you cut your pieces, leave them on the same surface to dry. I cut up heavy duty plastic report covers- they are smooth, strong enough to carry around, and if they get scarred by a needle tool, they are cheap enough to toss. Do not put them on a cup warmer though. Trying to handle a wet piece will often result in distortion or prints. You can also sand them off before firing, but that depends on how deep they are.

Ps I love that you made hearts for your test piece!

These are inspirational. I don't think I would have thought to have 3 layers of materials for my first attempt! You are brave!
