What materials did you use? Really inexpensive cotton material almost the same as muslin.

That is beautiful! I am just watching it now. I watch it a couple of times too before I start it. The bodice looks fitted on the straight grain. Then it looks on the bias for the dress. How did you drape it? Great!

Honestly I just took one piece of fabric and wrapped and pinned and tucked until it looked like this. It is on the straight of grain. I just wanted to do something. To see how hard it was to drape and to see if draping is for me.

Very nice!

I absolutely love how you just Went For It! That is perfect: watch, grab fabric & try it. This will inspire you to create other clothes. Very proud of your gusto & your dress.

Thanks! I'm sketching other dresses based off this one and taking other random fabric and pinning trims and sleeves and ruffles and taking photos. Its really fun to just drape without purpose. It allows creativity to flow. Its very freeing!

It is absolutely stunning! Great job. I hope you are proud of yourself.

Looks good, especially for just draping fabric.
