actually being able to assemble it in one piece long enough to get some pictures, lol.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
I did a practice run of the top tier cake and removed it from the wax paper with no problems. While doing the final decorating, I had a more difficult time removing the top overhang from the paper which resulted in me going without. In hindsight, in the trial run I used a larger tip with the second pass over the pattern. I was still happy with the results and I think by practicing a few more times both with this method and the brush embroidery flowers I will be able to hone my skills. Also, I did not have a peony stamp so I just attached the flower and did without the brush embroidery directly on the cake.
