What materials did you use? They were made made using Hobby Lobby I Love This Cotton

The one with the red background was the first on, followed,the pattern exactly. The one with the lighter background was my second one and I changed it up a bit, I added the patch to his back and the little nicks,in his ears. I also did,the eyes a little differently.

I love the ears and eyes in your version! Can you share how to do the changes you've made? Making this for my 20 year old son!

I also added the little tuft of hair as well as the little pads to his feet and hands.

For the ears I was following a pattern that I purchased on Etsy by Maggie Clark (voodoomaggie) but basically shortened the number of stitches for which ever row you decide then chain three of four to make the nick. The eyes were just crocheted ovals, oh and I did decrease this head to match with the body opening but have found out that might not have been a good idea (his head flops) =/
