This is so fabulous. Makes me want to make a baby quilt using this technique. Babies just love texture!

I teach several classes of rag quilts, and I am always looking for new rag quilt designs to inspire quilters, after they learn the basics. Is this a pattern that could be mastered following a basis beginners rag quilt class? Do you ship multiplies of your patterns, so I could order for a class.

Good morning! Thank you so much for your interest! I would say yes, to both of your questions! It is a very forgiving pattern that can hide a multitude of sins, LOL! I had one "new to sewing" student make this quilt on a little portable sewing machine, I called it her Barbie sewing machine. I would love to work something out with you for your students! And thank you for asking! Contact me at
