What materials did you use? Batik fabrics, embroidery threads

What are you most proud of? I love that I can choose what to slash away and how much, and I'm proud of stopping where and when I did.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Don't take this project too seriously, it is really fun and I don't think you can mess up.

I love the fabric colours and patterns you picked. I've just started the Stitch & Slash course (just gone through the intro ... will get back to it tomorrow), and I hope my fabric selections are as nice as yours.

You are so right! You can't mess up and your piece is wonderful!

Thank you, I really love this idea! I'm a perfectionist at heart so it was hard to start slashing but after I started I couldn't slash fast enough! LOL

This is gorgeous. I love making different things. Can't stand too many traditional quilts. It has interest and movement which catches the eye. Great job.
