I used my skills learned from the purse class and Satin Ice fondant and gumpaste. I used the wilton pillow pan to help with the shape of my purse and added embellishments.

Thank you. I was surprised at how nicely the pillow pan worked. I trimmed the bottom so it would stand up flat and then used a stiff buttercream to connect the two sides. The Coach print was placed over fondant and the image is printed on an edible printer. It's a great cake for a friend or special occasion. It's not too big and can be made in a short amount of time. The details are made from modeling chocolate. I used a pasta roller for the handle. I mixed gumpaste with the chocolate to give it more structure.

This was a present for a friend. She kept saying "someone left their purse on the table". I laughed because she didn't realize it was a cake!
