Great shirt. I've not tried pockets on shirts yet, although a welt pocket looms on the horizon. I have two more shirts to post, after I put on the buttons. Cheers! BTW: I was in NYC last month and spent two hours in the shirting section alone.

Love the shirt and print. That material looks very sturdy. Not like the stuff I see in Joanne Fabrics. I need to plan a fabric stash trip to NYC.

Hi Bobby-o, Thanks so much for your kind words! Some day, I hope to be able to have a few more tutorials. Here's a tip for making the flaps on pockets more accurate: make a template of the shape with a Manila file folder ( you just trace the pattern and remove the seam allowances on the outer edges. Then, once laid on top of the flap, just stitch around the outer edges, trim down, turn right sides out and press! Please let me know how this works for you :-)
