What advice would you give someone starting this project? Keep a sample sandwich handy to test out the techniques before working on the project. I tested all my colored pencil work.

Love your piece of Art Work. The design is very attractive. It's great that you took what you knew and what you learned here and made it your own. That's what thread art is about.

Thank you. I was buying fabric for a mystery quilt yesterday and bought an extra half yard of the light "just in case". I need more opportunities to use colored pencils! It;s great to be able to come back to the class for refreshers and to see what others have done.

I hadn't really thought of taking this class until I saw this somewhere, This got me to look at some of the others on the class page, but your's really did it for me, now it's on my wishlist,

I'm glad this inspired you to take the class! I learned so much! When I take a class I rarely do the class project. I'm more interested in learning the techniques and then taking off in my own direction. I often watch all (or almost all) of the lessons before deciding what to do.
