What was your inspiration?
I love to cook! This garden is close to the house and the herbs are ones that I will use quite frequently! The Marigolds are included for color and to deter pests.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Make sure that you have someone with good strong muscles and a strong back to help you prepare the area before you plant! And use weed barrier fabric of some kind under the type of mulch you choose. The less weeding you have to do in the future, the better!
