I love the Rose Heather, and I would definitely use it as my main color without hesitation. Are you thinking of using these three together? I would probably use a white or off-white and perhaps the spring green as accent colors, but I don't see these three working together harmoniously. Jennifer Hansen suggests using http://www.colourlovers.com to help choose colors that look good in nature to inspire us when designing knits. Perhaps you'll find a palette there that makes you crazy to get started!

Another suggestion, if I may... Webs (yarn.com) has the class yarn (Lett Lopi) on sale 3.99 per skein with a good color selection!

These shots are actually from yarn.com I was thinking the gray as body, with rose heather as design and spring green heather as the pop. I did think the gray was too dark and I didn't have enough contrast. Thank you for the website reference and I will check that out also.
