What materials did you use? All are left over fabrics from other quilts, been saving and cutting 1.5" fabrics for years, finely put them to good use. I made several more but they were given away to my neighbors German neighbors as a goodbye present

What are you most proud of? For not throwing the scraps out, they have been around the world a few times

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Cut your scraps immediately otherwise you get overwhelmed. I put them into cutlery boxes and have them organized by size.

Wow, that is fantastic, like a kaleidescope of colours. Well done and good advice on the scraps.

Love love love this quilt! Especially like the high contrast between lights and darks, the gold/yellow, and how every now and then the dark and light block switch places. Very clever and adds interest. Very beautiful, a feast for the eyes. Keeps your interest as you move from one block to the next. I would very much like to create a log cabin this good!
