What was your inspiration?
My daughter's favorite song right now is Katy Perry's "Firework." So for the 4th of July, I made her a dress that would complement her BIG personality.
What are you most proud of?
I like how the contrasting fabrics look together. I only learned how to sew last November. I'm proud that I can make my daughter cute dresses like this that she likes to wear.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Go for it. It was so easy. I made a second dress from the same pattern for her that is equally adorable.
