Materials
some sort of flammable man made stuff in leopard print. in terms of handling, i loooooved this material.
What was your inspiration?
the sew weekly (www.sewweekly.com) challenge; use thsi burdastyle pattern to make a little black dress. i don't wear much black so i went with leopard. :)
What are you most proud of?
the exposed zip that runs the length of the dress. i added it when i realized, after cutting, i FORGOT to add seam allowance to the pattern! the exposed zip gave me another inch of wiggle room and saved the dress.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
see my pattern advice if you take this one on!
