What was your inspiration?

the idea to quilt this tea towel came, the moment i saw it on sale at a local store :)
The rest is just my own interpretation of what i would like to have in my kitchen :)

What are you most proud of?

I will be most proud, when its completed and hanging on my kitchen wall :)

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

open yr eyes and let yr imagination runs freely....you would be suprised of the beautiful craft that can come out of ordinary and cheap things around us :)

Thanks Pat...I hope it will turn out well. Fingers crossed :) Yes it is a bonus since the tea towel is made of linen which is expensive if you buy by the metre :)

What a clever idea! I would never have thought of doing that with a tea-towel - you are very inventive (and it wouldn't be as expensive as buying proper cotton quilting fabric, which must be a bonuis!). I see you've kept with the apple green!!!
