Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: The cake is a chocolate bundt cake covered in fondant. The foam for the Guinness Beer is a sugar syrup with baking soda added at the last second to make it foam. Tastes like toasted marshmallows. The bottle is modeling chocolate. The label is an edible image.

This is amazing! Can I ask how you make sugar syrup?

I guess it wasn't a traditional sugar syrup. Here is the recipe. It is called honeycomb sugar. 3/4 cup sugar, 2teaspoons honey, 2TBS water 1/2 tsp baking soda. Heat to 300 degrees. It turned amber and then I turned off the heat and added the baking soda. That made it foam. It tastes like peanut brittle without the peanuts. I then poured it over the bundt cake pan, inverted, and let it harden, which only took a few minutes. Then I placed the pieces in the cake.
