Do you sell this cake? No, just for fun

Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: This is my first project after having completed Ms. Butler's wonderful tutorial. My flowers lack the elegant perfection of Ms. Butler's but I am very happy with them as it is the first time I use dusts, veiners, etc. I chose a yellow and white color scheme as the flowers will decorate three small cakes at my daughter's baby gender reveal party next week. I used ready made gum paste to save time but I will definitely be making my own gum paste following the recipe included in this amazing class full of step by step instructions, detailed material and resources list. I hope to see another class by the talented Ms. Butler. So much fun!

How beautiful ! Were you a professional cake decorator before this class? I would like to take the class but have never decorated a cake before. Amazing work.

Thank you! No, I'm not a a professional cake decorator. These are my first sugar flowers. I strongly recommend is class. Jacqueline's instructions are detailed and you can't go wrong. I watched the class a couple of times and bought the materials before starting this project. I'll post a picture of the finished cakes next week. Don't be intimidated. If I did it so can you! Good luck!!!
