What materials did you use? Fat quarters, thread (regular), leather cord, DMC pearl cotton (embellishment)

What are you most proud of? The concept of a frame and my use of couching leather cord (see third photo) to make the frame more prominent.

I love how you did this. I know you thought your borders were boring but honestly, I love how you have focused the interest on the kids by your blue frame. This pillow is something special.

Thank you Carol. That means alot coming from you. I love your class and have learned so much, techniques and relaxing-the no mistakes rule is great. I am posting a purse i made using the project i made when i took the class-the bag is a slash and stitch and the handle is made from leftovers. (Btw-my mom used to make a casserole of leftovers also that she called "gazoodle"--i think my grandma made up the term.
