What was your inspiration?
I had lost my beagle after 15 years of wonderful times with her so this was a tribute to her.
What are you most proud of?
I captured her wonderful eyes with machine embroidery and many different colors of thread.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
make several sketches of your pet and then choose one that best fits it's personality and don't be afraid to use lots of different fabrics and colors.
