Just look around in your inventory for odds and ends and have fun! Since these earrings were for Valentine's Day, I found some heart charms and some pale pink Rose Quartz teardrops to fit with that theme and then I found a few links of leftover chain and figured out a way to make them work together.Difficulty:

Hypo-allergenic backs, silver-plated components, including 5-mm half-ball earring posts, large-link chain, jump rings, 22-gauge craft wire, and heart charms, and Rose Quartz teardrops.
What was your inspiration?
To make a fun pair of earrings (out of odds and ends) to wear for Valentine's Day.
What are you most proud of?
That I had so much fun making them and wearing them and, although they are not my usual style of earring at all, that I got so many compliments on them when I wore them to Church on Sunday.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Lay aside your inhibitions and let your creativity take over!
