What are you most proud of? This is my first 3 tier cake so I'm super proud of how well it went. The roses look great but also I loved the hidden hearts in the cake

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Try to relax, use plenty of dowelling, take your time with stacking, making and placing the roses.

its gorgeous, one question, do u live in the fridge before decorate? thanks

Thanks. I refrigerated for 20 mins after cooling to allow easier cutting and crumb coat. Then overnight before adding 2nd layer of buttercream. The ganache cake was covered first and the refrigerated overnight. Then I smoothed with palette knife dipped in v hot water. Once you cover with sugarpaste keep in a cool dry place. We had a 5 hr drive to deliver the cake and assembled & decorated the cake on site.
