Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: I used gum paste on sugar flowers and make sure you dried them before assembling. Also make sure you always have spare just incase you break a petal when assembling the flowers.
What are you most proud of? I am so proud I learnt a lot from James Rosselle's technique. Its worth to learn making this orchids sugar flowers and I love it so much.
