This was my first stacked cake, it's a 6" and a 4" round triple layer red velvet with cream cheese frosting. I finally managed to make the meringue buttercream, only to screw it up the next day by trying to whip it before it had completely warmed out of the fridge :( The birthday girl loved it anyway.
What was your inspiration?
I wanted to do cherry blossoms, but I only had 6 petal cutters on hand.
