What are you most proud of? The pattern. It was my first attempt at Fair Isle knitting, it came out really well and the colors look great together. I had to adjust it a bit and made I-cords for the arms and legs instead of what they wanted. But it looks great anyway!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? pay more attention to the pattern than the stitches. It got confusing and I also numbered my yarns so I knew what order to go in. I would also number the rows, there's only twenty and then it repeats itself, but it gets confusing the further in you go. Good luck and don't give up!!

Very cute! I am glad to see one of the Sally dolls completed. I have wanted to do one myself but haven't gotten to it. Love the hair! Are you going to do more? You did a wonderful job. Thanks for posting this!

Thanks! I do plan on making more. I have several different patters I'm going to try. I'm going to make them as part of a winter gear project for less fortunate children at the school my mother teaches at. So they'll each get a hat, mittens, a scarf and a Sally doll.
