Instructions

Simple first quilt, no pattern, I learned a lot about handling a quilt in the machine. I already washed because I love the soft puckered look you get from washing and drying.

Thank you, I've already started. I've washed this one twice now it's just not as soft as I hoped in fact it's a bit stiff, I used 80-20 Heirloom fusible batting and wonder of the fusible bit is what is the problem. Must bought some Downey and will try again when I finish the new one and give it a wash.

Thank you Deshler! I wasn't expecting such difficulty in managing the quilt bulk, this is only a 55x59" lap quilt..
