This is the very first quilt I ever made. I made it in 2008 for my in laws. It is king sized and made with scraps from my grandma's stash.
What was your inspiration?
I just wanted to try to make a quilt. It was a big project. I started with 880 tirangles and it took me a long time but once I finished it I was hooked.
What are you most proud of?
I am proud of myself for finishing this project and giving it to two people who mean the world to me. My in laws charish this quilt.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
If you are a new quilter take on a smaller project for your first quilt.
