What materials did you use? Fat quarters and other material

What are you most proud of? The finish came out great and I was really pleased with the end result.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Take Jenny's course and any other that you like the look of - they are so much fun and you learn so much.

Looks great! I've only just started quilting as well. I started about a month ago, and have done 5 now - just baby size/toddler. I'm completely addicted now! As I finish one, I'm already looking to make the next one. Two of them were for gifts, not sure what I'm going to do with the others - but I am sooo enjoying it!

If they weren't too expensive to make, check and see if there is a women's shelter nearby that could use small quilts for kids or also hospitals often need small quilts too. I too love quilting, it really is addictive!

It was fairly easy, I cut up all the pieces first from a bunch of fat quarters purchased at the local fabric store, already bundled in colours and then started to sew them in rows, then joined them nesting the seams as I went. Good luck, it was great fun.
